10/03/2008: CCI's Flood
Relief Fund Raising by Youth Brigade

During the Durga Utsav (3-5th October
2008), CCI Youth Brigade (children members) have
collected donations from attendees, which along with
some contributions from CCI Pujo funds, amounted to $350
that was donated to Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math,
Kolkata for the flood relief and rehabilitation of the
affected people of Bihar, Orissa and Uttar

We take pride in sharing the burden of
raising funds with Bangla band Bhoomi, for the cancer
treatment of little Aayush in Kolkata.
We had planned to raise $300 among our member families;
we did better. We managed to raise $450, with one
member’s extended family contributing a significant
amount of the total. The donor wishes to remain
